Business Solution Technologies is a Hawaii-based corporation, that is focused on providing strategic, operational and technology solutions for Hawaii’s largest human resources, education and healthcare organizations. While Business Solution Technologies may, on occasion, do business with entities outside of Hawaii, including California, Business Solution Technologies (1) does not have annual gross revenues in excess of twenty-five million dollars, (2) does not buy, receive, sell, or share for commercial purposes, alone or in combination, the personally identifiable information of 50,000 or more consumers, households, or devices, and (3) does not derive fifty percent or more of its annual revenues from selling consumers’ personally identifiable information. As such, Business Solution Technologies and the Site are not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018.
