The Senior Web Application Developer provides technical expertise for Java/.NET/SQL-based projects.
- Provides input and support for, and performs full systems life cycle management activities (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.).
- Participates in component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for applications development initiatives to meet business requirements.
- Provides technical input during business requirements gathering and fit‐gap analyses processes.
- Provides input to applications development project plans and integrations.
- Collaborates with teams and supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.
- Provides knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance.
- Provides input to project teams on decisions supporting projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience developing large-scale Java, .NET, SQL-based web applications. Expertise in MVC architecture and object-oriented programming.
- Experience in Oracle technologies such as ADF, BC4J, and Weblogic is a plus.
- At least 5 years of SQL, PL/SQL, and RDBMS experience. Strong understanding of relational data modeling techniques and best practices. Experience with complex, high-volume database environments. Oracle 10g/11g databases and data warehousing is a plus.
- Experience working with ERP human resources, education or healthcare systems highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable lay terms.

The PeopleSoft Technical Developer provides technical expertise for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, and/or Campus Solutions projects. Provides technical input during business requirements gathering and fit-gap analyses processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years experience with implementation, configuration, upgrade, customization and production support of PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, or Campus Solutions.
- Skilled requirements gathering, technical analysis, design, PeopleTools including PeopleCode, application engine, component interface, programming SQR, documentation, and unit test.
- Strong SQL skills, thorough understanding of relational databases, basic understanding Oracle and Microsoft SQL server database architecture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable lay terms.

The Datawarehouse / Business Intelligence Developer identifies client business intelligence (BI) needs and develops solutions. We are seeking an individual with knowledge of logical and physical design considerations and experience in ETL design and development. Possess understanding of considerations to achieve efficient data warehouse loading and querying performance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of experience working with Data Warehouse Application development
- 3+ years of experience in ETL design and development
- 3+ years SDLC with emphasis on requirements gathering and data modeling
- Experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft Business Intelligence, Oracle Business Intelligence Suite, Jaspersoft, Pentaho, Cognos, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.
- Experience working with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Experience with Cloud-based environments such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
- Data warehouse / business intelligence experience in healthcare, education, or human resources/payroll highly desirable
